2. Advertising Spend and Third-Party Platforms

Advertising spend is separate from Varga Media Ltd’s service fees and may be paid either directly to third-party advertising platforms or to Varga Media Ltd, which may place advertisements on your behalf using its own advertising accounts and/or pages. You acknowledge that advertising platforms are independent third parties and that Varga Media Ltd has no control over platform policies, enforcement decisions, outages, or algorithm changes. Varga Media Ltd does not guarantee ad approval, delivery, performance, or results. Varga Media Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, restrictions, suspensions, or business impact arising from actions taken by advertising platforms, including ad account or page limitations. Advertising spend is non-refundable once deployed, regardless of performance.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is required in full or as per an agreed installment plan before accessing our Services.

All payments are final and non-refundable under all circumstances, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. If you opt for a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all installments.

4. No Guarantees and Earnings Disclaimer

We make no guarantees about specific results from using our Services.

Success depends on multiple factors, including individual effort, market conditions, and business execution.

Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results.

5. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree NOT to:
